All orders ship free via UPS ground service and are fully insured. If a package arrives damaged, please follow these instructions: – take photographs of the damaged box (be sure to include damaged work as well)– keep all packaging for inspection– report damage to UPS – contact LePage New York immediately. Please email us at gallery@lepageny.com.
We pack our orders very carefully and damages rarely occur in shipping, but in the event that you receive damaged goods, we will create a replacement of the work for you right away. Please forward your pictures to us at gallery@lepageny.com and we will submit the evidence to UPS from our end. Detailed and accurate pictures create a faster resolve. OTHER RETURNS
